A traditional stone built 18th century mid-terrace cottage situated in a superb position with cobbled parking area to the front of the cottage and looking across to the ruins of the famous Middleham Castle - yet only yards away from the main Market Place with its choice of eating places, traditional pubs and the local village store.

This cottage has been sympathetically renovated keeping many original features and is full of charm.

As you enter the cottage from the front
you find yourself in a delightful reception
room with Victorian fireplace


Adjacent to the reception room is a cosy lounge with stone arched fireplace and inset multi fuel stove, colour television, DVD and radio

 


The dining area has a stable-door
which leads out into the shared garden
with flower beds and flagged patio

 

The Shaker style kitchen, adjacent to the dining area, is well equipped and has tiled work surfaces and slate floor.

It has all the usual amenities including microwave oven and
automatic washing machine


The twin and double rooms have views of the castle

 


There are three bedrooms, one with double bed,
one with twin beds and one with single bed.
 


Shower room - with power shower
wash basin and toilet


Duvets and pillows are provided with linen
and towels included in the tariff.

There are electric blankets and a
shaver point.

Also included is electricity, electric storage
heating and fuel for the stove.

This is a non smoking cottage.

It is not suitable for children under 5 years old

One small, well behaved dog would
be allowed by prior arrangement
