This charmingly renovated one bedroom cottage is
situated in the West End of Middleham, only a stone's throw
away from our famous 12th century Middleham Castle.

Set alongside the road where each morning strings of racehorses pass by its windows on their way to and from the local gallops on the moors above Middleham. Ideally situated for walking, fishing, mountain biking or for just exploring this wonderful part of Yorkshire, this cottage is just perfect for two adults wanting to 'chill out' and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of this magical, historical old Dales town.

The cosy accommodation consists of a comfortable lounge with dining area ~ there are exposed beams,
tiny inglenook fireplace with log effect stove (electric), window seat, colour television and VCR,
double sofa bed (with fully sprung mattress). Heated throughout by electricity.

There is a fully fitted and equipped kitchen ~ which includes electric double oven with ceramic hob,
microwave, washing machine and fridge ~  From the kitchen there is access to a small, enclosed, private
patio area with table and chairs ~ ideal for barbeques in the warmer months!

Upstairs is a Double Bedroom and a modern, fully tiled
shower room with oversized shower cubicle
and power shower

We regret that in the interest of guests pets are not permitted in the cottage and smoking is strictly prohibited.

TARIFF

We do offer late availability and short breaks are available in the summer months (excluding school holidays)
with 3 night breaks available during the winter months.
