An 18th century traditional stone cottage
situated in a quiet location just off the
Market Square in Middleham.

 

Newly available and recently re-furbished -  this delightful cottage has all the facilities you
could possibly need for your relaxing break here in the Yorkshire Dales -
The cottage sleeps up to five persons and is available all year round....

       

The cosy sitting room with multi-fuel stove (basket of logs provided), colour television, DVD and
CD radio cassette player is furnished with solid oak furniture and comfortable settees.
 



<There is an extremely well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and washer dryer etc, etc and everything else you might need for your stay here!

The main double bedroom has a
king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside lights, TV point
and radio alarm

The second has double bed,
wall lights, bedside tables
and wardrobe.

The third bedroom has
full sized bunk beds, wall
reading lights, small wardrobe and drawers


All three bedrooms have duvets and pillows provided - Bed linen is included in the rental.
 

            
    The light and spacious bathroom has electric shower cubicle,
    bath, basin and WC  - also electric towel rail and storage heater
     
Outside, at the rear of the cottage, there is a steeply terraced garden
with patio areas BBQ and rotary washing line.
You may load and unload outside the property but main parking is in the Market Square only 100 yards away.

We allow one small, well behaved dog at £15 per week - but it MUST NOT be left alone in the property!  ( NO CATS)

There is a telephone for incoming & emergency calls only.
Secure bicycle storage available by negotiation with the owner.

High Season £488.00 (per week) -  (short break £108 per night)
Mid-Season £398.00 (per week) -  (   "     "         £87 per night)
Low Season £315.00 (per week) - (  "     "         £70 per night

The cottage is available from 3pm on the Saturday of your stay
Please vacate by 10.00am when you leave.
