	`Middle Cottage` 2, Grove Terrace, Middleham, North Yorkshire An 18th century traditional stone cottage situated in a quiet location just off the Market Square in Middleham.
Recently re-furbished -  this delightful cottage has all the facilities you could possibly need for your relaxing break here in the Yorkshire Dales - The cottage sleeps up to five persons and is available all year round....
	The cosy sitting room with multi-fuel stove, colour television, DVD and CD radio cassette player. Furnished with solid oak furniture and comfortable settees. Wi-Fi available.
	<There is an extremely well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and washer dryer etc, etc and everything else you might need for your stay here!    Dining area with solid wood dining table and five dining chairs     >
		The third bedroom has full sized bunk beds, wall reading lights, small wardrobe and drawers
	The second has double bed, wall lights, bedside tables and wardrobe.
The main double bedroom has a king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside lights, TV point and radio alarm	All three bedrooms have duvets and pillows provided - Bed linen and towels are included in the rental.
The light and spacious bathroom has electric shower cubicle, bath, basin and WC  - also electric towel rail, underfloor heating and radiator
Outside, at the rear of the cottage, there is a steeply terraced garden with patio areas BBQ and rotary washing line. You may load and unload outside the property but main parking is in the Market Square only 100 yards away. We allow one small, well behaved dog at �20 per week -  but it MUST NOT be left alone in the property!  ( NO CATS) There is a telephone for incoming & emergency calls only. Secure bicycle storage available by negotiation with the owner. STRICTLY NO SMOKING                                                             NB: We are 4 star Tourist Board Rated
Tariff 2015 �650:00 to �725:00 per week Middle Cottage is available for 7 night stays during Easter, throughout July and August and over Christmas and New Year. The cottage is available from 4pm on the Saturday of your stay Please vacate by 11.00am when you leave.
