A fully renovated 18th century stone cottage situated right in the heart of Middleham on the edge of its cobbled Market Place, within easy walking distance of all the local restaurants, cafes and pubs and you can park your car right outside the cottage!

The cottage has been sympathetically renovated keeping many of its original features such as exposed beams and the ground floors solid oak flooring. The furnishings and decor are of a very high standard and in keeping with the character of the cottage, they reflect the five star grading awarded it annually since 2006 by Visit Britain!

On the ground floor, with views over the market square, is a comfortable, spacious lounge complete with inglenook fireplace with wood burner effect fire. There is a Sony flat screen television with Freeview and a DVD player with a large and varied selection of DVDs
The cottage also has Wi-fi which guests are welcome to use at no extra charge

The kitchen/diner is adjacent to the lounge and includes electric cooker, extractor fan, microwave oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher.

The stable type door from this area leads out onto a small south facing patio with shrubs and plants ~ a good place to sit when the weather allows...
 

The cottage sleeps 4 persons with duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels all provided and beds will be made up ready for your arrival....

The first floor has a large double bedroom
with king-size bed....

The second floor bedroom is a twin bedded room with feature beams and Velux roof light both bedrooms have fabulous views over the village rooftops and beyond.

 
The luxurious beamed bathroom has marble tiling and under-floor heating,
bath and separate shower.

The cottage has oil fired central heating throughout
and the cost of all heating and electricity is included in the rental charge.
Hard wired smoke alarms are fitted at the cottage -
NB:  Visitors are asked not to smoke in the cottage

For all stays during Low and Mid season and for stays of seven nights or more in High and Peak Season
 there is a 10% discount for up to two people using only one bedroom.

Short breaks are available low and mid season, high season may be available at short notice.
A deposit of �75 is required at the time of booking
Balance is due four weeks prior to your holiday
Your holiday week commences at 4pm on the first Friday until 10am the following one.
The first Friday of your stay will determine the seasonal rate
