The comfortable sitting room is tastefully furnished - a bay window looks out over Kirkgate
For your total enjoyment there is Television, Video and DVD player and Radio/Cassette/CD in both the lounge and top bedroom
as well as a range of children's toys to help keep our younger visitors occupied!

There is full oil central heating along with a wood burning stove in the sitting room
 

The superb, fully fitted kitchen is complete with Microwave, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer and Dining area...
 

On the first floor there are two bedrooms:
