An external stone staircase leads to the first floor where there is a charming, comfortably furnished, open plan beamed sitting/dining room.

From here you have wonderful views of the secluded garden.

The cottage is central heated and there is also a wood burning stove (with logs provided). The fully fitted kitchen area has washing machine, microwave oven, fridge/freezer etc.,

The local store (mini market)
is only 60 yards away.

Both bedrooms are on the ground floor and have French doors onto the garden terrace.

One room is a small double and the second one is a twin-bedded room (with zip together beds)

The lovely walled garden here is very safe for children.

There is a barbeque area and garden furniture
